i got a 87 with 30 front 44 rear auto tranny 242 3 inch lift and 31's. i can get a good deal on a 44 front passenger drop 14 bolt rear and dana 300. axles are full width. how hard is the swap and is it worth it? TIA

How do you use/wheel your XJ? (dd, or trail only)
How long are you staying at 3" tall?
How long are you staying at 31" tires?
How well do you feel about fabbing up control arm mounts and the like yourself? Or how much are you willing to pay to have all the needed brackets made and welded on?
How do you feel about cutting fenders?

right now its a dd hopefully soon to be just a trail rig. plan on total of 6 inch lift and 35's and fenders already cut out. as far as the fab work it will be done by me with the assistance of a couple of rock buggy friends of mine who have plenty of experience in fab work.

is the 300 already flipped? and if your going to do a 14 bolt youll need atleast 38s SEARCH and youll find all the answers.

flipped? why? didnt you see the front 44 is passenger side drop?
