Did I get sold the wrong t-case drop kit?

Well I bought a t case drop kit from the local place today for my '96 XJ.

Well the spacers in it are 1.5 inches long... I had assumed it would only be a 1" drop kit... also on the receipt it says "YJ transfer case lowering kit." Will they interchange or did the guy give me the wrong one?

It's a BDS Suspention kit #BDS124003-1 It has six bolts, six 1.5" spacers, and six "washers" (lack of better term). Will this work or no?

i think mine only had 4 bolts on my xj. you might want to check on that one.

Hmmm....my guess is that you've got a YJ t-case drop kit, probably a 1.5" or so... Yeah, that's the wrong thing since your XJ only has two bolts and two studs that need to be removed. Gojeep's got the easy way to go with that drop though, the bolts you need are M10 with a 1.50 pitch, use a 35-40mm bolt and it'll fit fine.
