I am putting some 35x12.5" Goodyear MTR's on some 15x8 rockcrawlers on my 99 cherokee with the stock flares. I am not a fan of the tire sticking very far outside of the flares. I really want the tire to be level with the flare. I've seen 4.5" BS on a 33x12.5 and like the way it looks, but is it going to be rubbing on the LCA's? Is 4" BS going to stick out very far outside of the wheel-well? Any advice or pictures? THanks.

Yes you will rub the LCAs with 4.5" BS. Thats what I have my 33's on and I rub at full turn. 35's would be worse due to the increased diameter. If you really don't want the tires to stick out any further, then you could adjust the steering stops which will increase your turning radius.
