Power steerign boxes.....

Were there any changes in the power steering boxes ove rthe years? Will and 86 box fit in a 95?

The boxes fit physically - but there was a change in hose connection style somewhere along the way. You might have to buy a 1984-style hose to connect it. Are you sure you want to do this? The early steering gear boxes were valved to provide an excessive amount of power boost - the steering feels really light, like on my 1990. Your 1995 has the slightly heavier steering with way better feel for what is going on. 4xBob
