budget driving lights to mount on stock bumper...

ok, I had some 6" procomps with 100W bulbs on the yj. I really miss having the option of being able to flick a switch and see! Im looking for a budget priced (30 range) driving light to mount on my stock xj bumper. I assume I would want slim line type. I really like the hella 500's, but unless I score a deal, they are alittle high.
This jeep is a budget build but im trying to also use quality parts and accessorys, kinda contradictory.

buy some $15 fogs from wal-mart and get some 100 watt bulbs

i second the wal mart. they have clearance lights all the time... I got mine that look alot like hella 500 but with a "plastic rock grid" for 23 bucks...
