Tomken used to, but that was when a 4.5" lift was the biggest kit you could buy. Needless to say I don't like Tomken's junk except for their rear bumper ( that thing has been through hell and back). I certainly can't stand dealing with them either, I never did have a satisfying conversation with them and I used to talk with them quite a bit, in person they were worse unless you were with a big group.

cause I'm not sure I trust the owner of jks and orgs.......okay, I trust one of them a wee bit....... :D
anyway, that's too expensive, and i don't need adjustability, I just wanna fat metal doughnut to throw under there.

Miller Bearing has a split bearing collar(?) that makes an excellent spacer and you dont have to take the springs out to put it in. The ones I bought for my wife's xj are 2 1/8" inner dia and 3.5" outer and .75" thick, with the 2 1/8 ID they dont seat all the way down on the bumpstop tower and were good for about 1.5" lift. . Work great. Compress spring, bolt two halves of collar together, tack weld collar together for kicks, release spring. They can get them in a wide variety of sizes. Check with a local industrial bearing and seal shop. Dunno where you are. I found these for $9 each in Florida. Is that how you spell collar? Stupid cant remember how to spell stuff, tired.......................................

Beezil, I don't know if you ever saw them on (can't remember his name, had the Rocke rails, etc.) but he used some type of steel pipe collar. It was split in two halves, and used allen head bolts to hold it together. Seemed to work great, and was about 1.5"-2" thick.

Scoop is that the ORGS MFG guys are frequenters of this board and Beez is just ribbin them. You'll soon figure out that the only thing serious about Beezil is his dementia.:D :D

I don't machine. All I have is a stinky enco pc. of shit lathe I wouldn't feel comfortable making a damn wooden staircase spindle on, let alone something for the jeep.....
now for serious manufacturing and fabricating, no problem.

PM XJNation for more info but he had the nifty 2 piece coil spacers that were mentioned earlier. He decided not to make them so he was selling them on Ebay he may still have some around.
