Help! I Hear A Noise From Beneath!

Okay, so there's a noise. It happens when I let out clutch and step on the gas. It's kind of a spinny/scrapey/grindy kind of sound. My friend suggested that it was my throwout bearing.

Any help would be nice. My Jeep is going to the $tealer$hip in a coupel weeks, and it would be nice for me to be able to tell them what i need fixed.

Any noise sitting in neutral with the clutch out? If so, put a little pressure on the clutch pedal, just take out the slack and see if your noise changes or goes away. If so, likely the throwout bearing clanging around in there.
