With the jack stands on the frame I used a floor the hook end of the crowbar to pull it in place then have someone slide the bolt in.

I know this isn't the best way to do it but, I put a big brick behind the offending side wheel and had someone back my rig up untill the hole lined up.

I used the factory bottle jack wedged it between the frame and the body and pushed until the holes lined up.
Probably not the best solution but it worked.:dunno:

I also used the factory bottle jack to install mine. I attatched the axle end of the lca first then raised the frame end up to see how far I needed to push the axle forward. Doing it this way also allows you to see the hole and know when it's lined up. I put the base of the bottle jack against the axle at the lower shock mount and the top of the jack against the bracket for the frame end of the lca. Then just crank away until the holes line up and slide the bolt through. I had no problem at all doing this by myself, it may have taken me about 5 to 7 minutes per side.

i'll second this. its by far the fastest and easiest way i've found. but probably not the safest!

I think I remember it was easier to attach the LCA to the axle first and then to the frame mount. If you haven't tried it yet, it's worth at least a try. :)
