I'm just on the west side of New Haven. We also have some folks in RI who may be closer to you than some parts of CT

im from newport RI. actually im stationed here in the coast guard originally from PA-(paragon 10min away) you know any places to go mess around. i have an 01 3inch skyjacker and 2inch shackels. 31 at's . let me know im only on duty 15 days a month

Don't say anything more on the open forums. In fact, I wish you hadn't even mentioned the town.

With the scarcity of legal wheeling in New England, we just DO NOT post locations or directions to wheeling spots on Internet forums, because it makes it too easy for the greenie-weenie eco-terrorists to find out where we go and coordinate their efforts to block us out.

You'll find that this is true for all 4x4 forums in the northeast, and if you violate this etiquette you will make yourself very unpopular very quickly.

well sunday i cant go cause im goin to warwick w/ a friend from work, maybe saturday around 3:00pm i got to get some pallets from work for firewood then ill be done so ill go down there and be at the mall around 3pm call me on my cell 860-377-5988

edit im gonna be at the sears entrance near the tire part look for a black XJ with its a jeep thing across the windshield, im gonna park far away and ill bring my camera for som classic photos!

Anyone want to meet during the winter. I know that winter weather is not the best for standing around looking at eachother's rigs, but it would sure be cool if there was a big line of XJs in a parking lot somewhere.

I plan to get my lift on sometime in the next month or so. Which means i would like to meet up sometime after that. As I said, I'm from Canterbury; I also go to UConn.

i'm thinkin we need anothe Meet & Greet out at Wright's Chicken Farm in Rhode Island... lets get the holidays out of the way and pick a weekend in January... (meet and greet ONLY, as the wheeling trail out there is considered "CLOSED" until we can sift thru some legal issues with the local authorities... )

I got a pretty descent trail down here....also should have my lift done sometime in the next couple of weeks...jan. would be good....the trails have a nice big open field area for everyone to meet up at w/ a nice ledge to take some poser pics on also...can fit about 4 jeeps at once. I'm up for anything.

i was actually thinking the same thing for january. rhode island is good :) its not to big. where is wrights chicken farm? you guys have to pick it on one of my off duty weekends. also theres some kids running around here with cherokees a one with 32s one with 33s im sure theyd go if it wasnt a haul. keep me posted
