Help with horn button

The button to sound the horn on my steering wheel is loose. Is there a way that I can tighten this? I've tried searching, but it seems like I'm the only person who doesn't know how to take the horn button off.

I have a 94 xj without airbags (did they have airbags in 94?)

I think air bags became mandatory in the 95s. I have a 92 and know the horn button just pops off if you pry on it a little
