Yes I concur if your in that part of KY Land Between the lakes would be great but as far as rentals I have not got a clue...

KY is a fairly big state. If you can narrow your location down a bit you would probably get a better response. Depending on where you are going, you might check out KY Outback Adventure Park . There are also some good trails in Slade but I wouldn't attempt them without someone familiar with the area.
