My hate for the yankess is so strong and this may be the happiest day of my life.
o wait the mariners still suck so its not that good of a day.

Heck of a game. Bar none.

Regardless of who won (though I'm delighted it's Boston) the simple fact is that they pulled off something that no one in Major League Baseball has ever done. Folks will be talking about this one for quite some time.

I'm almost thinking I will be rooting for Boston in the Series, despite being primarily an NL fan - next to the Cubs, no one has gone longer without a title, and it would be the perfect complement to quite possibly the most remarkable LCS in history.

But I'm getting ahead of myself. Considering that this seems to have been the most exciting post-season in recent memory (if not ever), I'm figuring the Series is going to be one doozy of a show, but I don't expect either team to take an easy victory.
