Go to a picture hosting website such as www.photobucket.com, and sign up for an account. You then upload pictures through them, and link from the URL that they give you. Take the bottom (3rd) URL that they give you for a certain picture, and paste it onto a post. Then your picture will show up. The URL should look something like this
