4.5" TJ springs - What Height in a XJ?

How much lift should I expect from RE 4.5" TJ springs if I install them in my XJ?
 
3-4". Usually TJ springs are one inch shorter than XJ springs, but they are Rubicon Express springs, so they may make up the difference since RE gives more than advertised.
