is the f'n turn signal flasher relay located on a '95/'96 xj.

On the 96 it's in a relay panel mounted to the back side of the knee brace where your right leg is. It's a 5 pin relay and it's blue in color. It's for both the emergency 4 way flasher and turn signals. My 4 way flashers don't work. It's easier to drop the panel to get to it. Dumest place to put a bunch of relays I've ever seen. If yours is automatic, it's controler is also mounted to the knee brace but on the passanger side under the glove box. The red relay is for the rear window defroster and the little black ones, 2 anyway, are for the power door locks.
