Lift problem....

Not technical problem but decision problem. I tried searching for a similar question but nothing came up at all...go figure. Anyways....i'm still working on buying a 97-01 xj and selling my 93. However i'm taking out a loan for around 4g's to pay for part of it...cant buy a lift kit till i'm done paying off the loan..therefore i'll have time to save and actually have money to do what i want when the time comes. Anyways, my main questions are i'm more than happy w/ rusyt's 3" on my 93...and the 4.5" they make is also less expensive than RE for example. Money not a question, what is the best most COMPLETE kit i can buy...no more than 4.5" As for 4.5" what exactly changes when going from a 3" to a 4.5" lift? Steering and driveline vibes...new brake lines?? All that stuff how much am i looking at if i want to go w/ a 4.5 and will a 4.5 easily clear a 32x11.5 w/out need of fender trimming? Any and all info is appreciated.

P.S if anyone has pics of their xj w/ a 4.5 or 3....please send a link.

maybe not what you want to hear, but i think the best most complete lift will come from a mix and match of the best parts of several manufacturers and proper fabrication being performed. if money is no question, mix and match all the components that are rated best by the dudes on this site 'til its perfect.
