With 3.5" of lift my stock sway bar links were way too short, not to mention that they were rusted out and ready to snap off any second.
The TJ links are not a stright bolt-in, but not hard to do.
I took a washer from the stock link and slid it onto the threads of the TJ link as far down as it would go and tack welded it in place. I then welded a 1.5" stud onto the threads as an extension. Now the TJ links bolt in just like the XJ links did, but with the dual benifits of the TJ link ball joint and the links are 3" longer than the stock XJ pieces.
