Black Mountain lift?

Has anyone here ever installed the 3" kit from Black Mountain suspenions? I can get the kit for 195.00 with shocks and aol's. I have never heard of this company until today. I also wanted to know if I can run 31x10.50's with this kit. Im just looking for a cheap kit for street looks I guess this is my daily driver right now and will see little wheeling action (if I need to wheel Ill use my 87 with 6" and 35's) . Does anyone have any experiance with this lift? any help would be greatly apprieciated.

pretty sure its a rebaged rough country kit. Collins Bros. is a jeep yard/restorer/user dealer in texas, seems like a trustworthy decent place.
