Help Blown Engine Control Fuse

:banghead: Hey guys need help, I have a 95 XJ w/4.0L I keep blowing the 30amp fuse in the #2 Location labeled "Engine Control" The truck will still turn over, but will not start, I am not getting any fuel which makes sense, b/c that fuse controls the fuel pump, but when it 1st quit-while driving, the first thing I checked was fuel pressure, and there was still pressure in the line and it would not start. So could this be the ignition module?? any help would be appreciated.
