Window motor interchangeability?

I'm adding power windows to the front two doors on my '96. What year motors/regulators/other crap will work for me? Will '97+ fit? I'd like to get the newer motors since the old windows have a reputation for getting slow...

harnesses: do you have the harnesses? will you have the harnesses? and are the plugs same or different?

91-96 interchange.
