I have some 260 jointed axles that have been reemed out to fit 297 joints, yes the ears are a little thinner but they are still a significant upgrade over the 260 joints. I have heard reports of reemed out ones braking the U-joint before the ears and I have heard of stock 297 axles breaking the ears before the joints, its all speculation. I will also tack weld the caps in place if requested.

I would like to get $90 a pair(as in both sides, 4 axles) for these and they come without U-joints I have a couple of pairs and they are for disco axles. I will also take your 260 jointed axles as cores for $20

I also have a set of stock 297 jointed non disco axles with U-joints for $150
