OK im runnind 4.5inch zj coils with 1.75 spacers and the balljoint on the drag link binds on the bolt for the steering stabalizer

Check your upper control arm bushings.

Check your upper control arm bushings.
This is, of course, assuming you are running longer than stock upper and lower control arms to correct the steering angles. If not, then you will have this interference.
