..the new Quality Control Manager for Sterling Foods LTD. :) It is actually less then I was making but raises and bonus are possible. Just feels good to know I wont be in the welfare line. I start Wednesday.

Last time I was in texas the food gave me montezumas revenge so I'm sure it couldn't get worse :)

Thanks Wayne. Here is how it looks to me, you got two pork ribs across the top, under and to the left is beef, and under and to the right is sausage. :)

Pretty close. Ribs in the middle, brisket on the right, sausage on the left. Smokey Mo's does good barbeque.
