Ok. I did a quick search and didn't find anything on this swap.

What I am thinking is that you could use one of the off-the shelf longarm systems bolted to the factory 4-link mounts on the Ram axle and just run relocated spring buckets, longer tracbar, etc... This would seem to be a killer and bombproof swap if you could get a set of axles pretty cheap.

Has anyone considered this before. I havn't done any research *yet*, so I don't know if there would be any frame clearence issues etc... but I think it may be doable.

Just a thought guys.

the mounts on the ram axle are further apart than the xj mounts. Now if your doing custom set up them its an easy swap.

here is a link to a site where this swap is being attempted, not sure how far the guy has got yet though. http://www.pavementsucks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?topic=49942

I can post there and ask for an update if you would like.

The only problem is that they are lpd44's on the front. There are better options but, if you can get a good deal then I would go for it.
