1998 XJ, 82k mi, I pull a 5x10 enclosed trailer on a daily basis.
I went to Auto Zone and these are the codes they came up with but didn't have a clue how to fix them. I also looked them up in my manual and couldn't find any thing.
P0705 - malfunction exist in electrical circuit for the transmission range sensor
P0700 - Malfunction indicator lamp from transmissioncontrol system
P0123 - Throttle position sensor is higher than exspected for current engine operating conditions.
I've got a pretty good idea how to troubleshoot the P0123 but the others are a mystery and spook me a bit.
Any ideas about the tranny codes?

Thanks,

Durt

I have the same problem with my 1997 jeep cherokee. Do your fuse number 11 keep blowing when you drive. The reason I ask is because my code say the same thing but also my fuse that on the passenger side keep on blowing. Which is a yellow 20 amp fuse.

Thanks
