Quality of Tapco parts?

Does anyone have experience dealing with this company?

The prices seem very reasonable, but I'm concerned about quality.

Most of their stuff is surplus factory stuff. I haven't bought anything them, but from all reports of those who have I can't recall any complaints about quality. My only complaint is that whenever I've called, the person who takes the call doesn't know doodly, and the person who is supposed to call back never does.
