Which battery?

Exide Orbital (NAPA Select Orbital) or Optima Redtop?

Any preferences? Why?

Is there truth that Exide, the company, is in trouble?

May not have any bearing but I tried 3 exide lawn tractor batteries, they only lasted a year each considering that the sears diehards generally lasted me 4 to 5 years I was not pleased.
I have Red tops in all three of our jeeps. AA usually has them on sale every once in a while and I picked em up when they were on sale for $99.99.... so far so good...
Interstate sells the optima under the interstate name too, NAPA carries them also.
