Tow Hooks and Brackets

Have two brackets and tow hooks i just took off my 95. Dont know if they are the same. The brackets are slightly tweeked but are still strong, and the hooks are still installed. What will you offer?
 
'95 brackets won't fit on a 2001 without some modification. The 2001 bumper bolts go thru the top and 1995 went thru the front, but you can make them work. Just thought I'd throw that in.
