Cross member studs?

anyone have any suggestions or tricks for getting these sons a @@@@@'s out. been fighting with them all morning.

i just ended up cutting the studs flush and then drill and tap. i hated it!

I have heard that you can double nut them to get them out.

Craftsman bolt out removers. worked like a charm!!!!!!!!

stud remover! Use the kind shaped like a socket and it'll come right out.
