is the ReadyWelder any good???

I've got an old wal*mart stick welder that sucks... the duty cycle is down to like 20%. so I was looking at the RW2 package and like everything but the lack of current adjustment. what do you guys that own them think of these things???

They work fine, but IMHO are not as reliable as the Premier Power welder. A buddy blew his because his alternator wasn't putting out enough juice, then blew the replacment when it got submerged in a water hole.
