Doesn't exist. If it did, I'd have it.

Easy - warn or milemarker kit, bolts right on, but is not cheap.

Cheap (relatively) fitting larger inner knuckles (like CJ D30 knuckles) to the XJ D30 so you can use D44 outer knuckles, rotors, brakes, and hubs.

Pick Cheap, or easy... you cannot have both ;)
