meeting times/places

friday: the first arrivals are expected at the camp site mid-afternoon.. we are not expecting to run a trail friday but that could change...

saturday: depart camp @ 7 - 730 am for breakfast, gas, shopping, parts, etc...
re-group at the BIG Y supermarket at the junction of Rt 2 and Rt 8 @ 9am....
depart for the days trail runs BY 10am....
return to camp by dinner time..
if you arrive sat am and intend to camp saturday night YOU WILL NOT HAVE TIME to set up camp if you dont show before we leave the site in the am.... just something to keep in mind... so if you are piled high with camping gear it will be riding with you all day...

sunday: will be the same basic schedule... we will reserve the option to stay sunday night as well just in case it is a long day....

meeting place reminders:

be ready to go at the scheduled time... if you need gas, please get it BEFORE you show up. there is a supermarket.. autoparts store.. mcdonalds.. dunkin donuts.. and even a walmart (5 minutes away) all at the meeting area so we have you covered....

we will be doing tech inspections on saturday (and sunday if needed)
