I want to get some spare dana 44 xj shafts and wanted to know if there is a difference between the left or right shafts? If the same, I need to only carry 1 right for either side?

dana 44 axle shaft lengths--any diff left to right

drivers side is half inch or so shorter. You can carry the drivers as a spare if you want to cause it will work in the passenger, you just won't have as much of spline engagement.Big Red said:
