Monster Tach installation

Um.... My neighbor gave me a 5" monster tach for free and i have a '96 2.5L manual XJ with no stock tack. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on where to mount this and how to install it... It came alone with no box or instructions.

dependig on the tach, theres a power +12v, a ground -12v, and a coil wire (goes to the ignition coil - If I remeber correctly its the '-' input on the coil pack)

how do install it into the ignition coil? Is there a place to plug it in? Im not really good with electronics, i usually screw something up.
