60MM THROTTLE BODY PROBLEM...HELP!! P0123 Error

So I got my throttle body bored out to 60mm at a local machine shop, and I re-assembled the throttle body today. When I was reassembling the throttle body, I noticed that the long round shaft that you screw the throttle body into was not going in properly. I had to turn it firmly and it clicked into place...Now when I installed everything back in my car, I have a CHECK ENGINE light on. I scanned it and I got a P0123 error. Has anyone ever had this problem? P0123 - Throttle/Petal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit High Input. The bid question is how do I solve this and SOLVE IT FAST. Any help/suggestions are welcome. Did you remember to plug everything back in. I'm not sure what the error really consists of, but Try resetting your computer by unhooking the battery. If that doesn't work, you might have a broken TPS.
