Two basic options I've found, make your own or find one from another car/truck that fits. It's nothing real complex to make with some time and the right tools but junkyard hunting is so much fun.

I upgraded mine to a carbon-fiber look Ractive shift knob. Its a universal one but it works extremely well and functions just like stock one- 25-30$
