Rustys 3" vs. RE BB + zj coils

Looking to lift my 98 approx 3". Im definitally budget building. Did some searching on each option seperately, but there are no comparisons. Which choice do you guys think would work out best?

Rustys 3" AAL - 245.00

RE BB kit + zj coils 220.00 + zj coil cost.

Both have shocks. How are rustys shocks compaired to DT's?
Will rustys give more than 3"?
Can new zj coils be had from parts stores (napa, pep boys)? advance auto said they couldnt get them.
Order rustys from rustys? RE from dirk, supplie, re?

Other ideas?

I know people want to bust on AAL's and tell me to go with RE 3.5 SF with full packs and OME shocks, but this is all I can afford.

rusty's will prob. give more than 3". I had his 4.5 (netted over 5) and currently have his 6.5 (nets around 7.5+)

ya, I think im going the rustys root.
Any idea what degree shims to use? I will also lower the t-case if I have to ....temporarly.
