check the basics. could coolant have saturated the dist cap. look for corrosion under all the plug wire boots on the dist. cap.
Also are you getting a check engine light? anything else is happening?

cap dry, wires were wet at ends no corrosion, no codes or check engine light.

has spark and fuel, getting ready to set it on fire.

I dn't know if it will help any, but it shouldn't hurt: disconect your battery for a few minutes: maybe something got hung in the comp logic?

did that several times, put in new plugs same thing, left it alone for a couple of hours with the hood up in the sun, then tried again and the damn thing started.
I HATE JEEPS.
starts and runs fine now, must have been moisture infiltration. love spell check

Water in the cap or in the spark plug boots can cause that. Unless you dry it completely, it will flare up again when the engine gets hot.
checked that early in the show looked dry, let run till hot started back no trouble.
