Replace rocker instead of mount a rail?

I have seen a site where the guy replaced the bottom of the rocker with a piece of 2x4 square tube rather than have a seperate rock rail.

Anybody do this or know of the site?

I think it's pirate 4x4... do a search and you'll be golden.
