Rear tow hook bracket and TJ hook?

Will a rear TJ tow hook mount up to the rear tow hook bracket on an XJ?

Also does anyone know if Part # 52000712 is the only bracket for the rear needed along with a nutstrip?

It is a one piece L shaped bracket, it will take a standard jeep 2 or 3 hole hook. You will need bolts though including one that will attach the bracket to the cross piece between the bumper and the gas tank.
