i just caught the end of a news story that said 2 people were killed in a jeep rollover out near ouray on imogene...

keeping my fingers crossed it wasn't anybody from this trip.

That happened a week and a half ago. It was a couple from Illinois.

Johnjohn, I've just spoken to Tom Houston, they were mid way through Alpine Loop trail.

They were not aware of the accident that happened on Imogene, and it was definitley not any of the NAXJA gang. Very tragic events though.

I will be joining the gang at BV on Wednesday.

I just got back. It WAS a ZJ, nicely built. The guy had pulled up onto a bank to let some uphill traffic by. Apparently, he rolled accross the road and close to 800 feet down the "hill". VERY sad...
