Here are a few photos of my hood vent project.
First the layout.

Then after I bent them into shape with a screw driver prying off of a piece of angle iron.

This one shows the venting area.

They still need a little grinding to remove burrs and some paint. I don't think they look to bad for being free besides my time especially when Labaron vents are $45 out here. :rof: My temps used to ride 210 all the time and now it stays mostly at 190-195.

Don't work for me either

Hood vents that only open for the owner . . .
interesting, but is that for functionality or some sort of theft deterrent?

Their posted on webshots but I'm new to it and I guess I haven't figured out how to let others see my photos yet. Anybody know what I need to do?

thats ok where just giving you a hard time about it :jester:

It's likely some sort of sharing issue with Webshots. What ISP do you use? They most often have webspace you can use, or you can use a more amenable host like photobucket.com or I bet sb-host.com can work something out as well.

How about these links?
