The snorkel install went flawlessly. No problems, but something curious. The XJ is a 95, so I would have needed the washer bottle relocation kit. But not so, it was already on the passenger side. I really wonder why it is this way.

Fergie, My 96 has the washer bottle on the pass. side. My 97 was on the drivers side.

If I read everything correctly, 1995 and before had it on the driver side, and 96+ had it on the passenger side. Mine is a 1995 with it on the passenger side, so that is what was confusing.

I dunno about '96s, but '97+ have it IN the fender. Which is why the relocation is needed. Otherwise you'd be trying to run the flexi-hose through the washer bottle. HTH, Peace

My 94 has it on the passenger side. I *THINK* my 92 has it on the passenger side as well (it's 350 miles away at the moment, just a little hard to check.)

Well I have the American Flag on the left rear, and the Scottish Royal on the right rear. I needed soemthing up front, so I put the Saint Andrews Cross there. We are a very Scottish family and my dad has the same stickers on his(white XJ in garage). We do the Celtic Games, wear kilts, listen to pipes... et all. My dad is the Clan Fergusson VP for CA, NV and AZ....and we both have several Celtic/Scottish tattoos. So that is why I have the cross up there :)

Thats really cool! I actually have a version of the Lion Rampant on my right chest, and my family crest on my arm. My dad is going to be going to a language school in Skye once he retires. If you are ever in my neck of the woods, drop me a line and I am sure my dad would be willing to share a shot or two of his single malts.

The snorkel does look awesome. If it helps clear up your confusion any, I have a '95 and a '98. The '95 has the bottle on the passenger side, and the '98 has it in the driver's side fender as was mentioned earlier.
