Should I be worried? TCase Leaking

My jeep is starting to mark territory.
On the weekend I dumped and replaced the fluid in my TC and now it is marking territory, the drips are coming from the front drive shaft seal area.

Should I be concerned about this? FSM says that it could be caused by too much fluid. When I dumped the old fluid into an empty container it only measured 800ml.

you can easily replace the seal asd if you do make sure to get the rubber washer that goes behind the nut on the yoke.
