power steering ???????

ok the stats are; 96 xj 3.5 in of lift and 33 12.5s. at idle no steerig at all. bump the throttle and its there. what can be done to modify the existing pump and set up. thanks.

I'm having the same problem with 33x12.5's. Are these tires just too much for the PS pump?

Youve either got a bad pump or bad box!

well i found out that mine was a bad pump. replaced it with a "newer" one and bumped the pressure just a bit, now mine works like a dream.also installed a cooler to help prevent burnout .
