I have a 94 XJ with the 4.0 HO motor on (i assume) the AW4 automatic transmission. When I first start the Jeep and it is not warmed up, it will rev out in what seems to be second gear and will not change until I ease my foot off the gas. However after a few minutes of driving and the Jeep warms up , it seems to be fine again.
Has anyone experienced this problem before, or might have some idea what the problem is?
I have already changed the filter kit and fluid.
