e2000 pump running a fuel cell

my guess is I don't have enough fuel pressure, I don't have the adapter to the fuel rail for my gauge set, so I don't know the exact pressure, however, I can pull the fuel rail back with the injectors on it and each one is just barely peeing fuel out. I know before they shot a nice atomized spay pattern when running on the stock pump and tank....do I have a bad one? It is located directly below my fuel cell.
After finally figuring out a ground problem, now this crops up, the joys of building a new rig....
