Weird startup

Just recently, whenever I turn the ignition to start the jeep it gives a weird sound, hard to describe, somewhere between a belt squeal and a huge air rush. I have installed a fram airhog filter, don't know why it would cause that. The engine runs normally after the initial start. The noise only occurs just as the engine catches. Any ideas?

Ok it only occurs when I have the key to start, no matter how long or short its there thats when it occurs. Starter failin? or slippin?

Probably just your fuel pump priming up.
