raising fuel tank.

i remember seeing a post about someone that cut out the rear floor of his xj and moved the fuel tank up, i am getting ready to do this but i cannot decide if having the filler tube sticking up in the cab is a good idea.

any help? TIA

i wouldnt do it.... and i would say its illegal in all or at least most states.... no fuel inside unless its an approved fuel cell....
