Stronger back up lights??

How can i set up some stronger back up lights for my 96' XJ? Do they make stronger bulbs or do i have to buy flood lights and put them under My rear bumper?

There are some slightly brighter ones available...of course I don't have the part numbers with me but it's a dropin replacement. Does it really help? Not much so I've been thinking of adding a flood on the rear, but in or above the bumper to keep it from being torn off.

I put a set of these on mine...

They're not great, but they definitely light things up noticeably more than the stock backup lights.
